Nalisa Baldwin Wills - Owner and Instructor

Susan Honer - Senior Instructor
Susan Honer is a multimedia choreographer, dancer, improviser, and teacher. She holds a BA in Dance and English from Hollins University and her MFA in Dance from Hollins University/American Dance Festival. Susan is a certified Pilates trainer through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York. She has studied the Pilates method for over 12 years with teachers and body-workers in New York City, Virginia, and North Carolina. In 2008, Susan studied with renowned teacher and choreographer Irene Dowd in her course “Our Ecological Bodies.” She is a company member with MamLuft&Co Dance in Cincinnati. Susan encourages her students to explore their own unique movement journey and to find strength, confidence, and possibility within movement.

Shari Bowman - Yoga Instructor

Shari Bowman is a Registered Yoga Instructor, teaching in the Dayton area for over 10 years.  Shari has studied extensively with John Friend, and Sianna Sherman, studying both Asana and Yoga Therapeutics.  Most recently Shari attended a workshop with Judith Lassiter that focused on the Anatomy and Kinesiology of Yoga postures.  Shari has also practiced with many well known teachers, including: Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Doug Swenson, David Life, Sharon Gannon and Cindi Lee from Om Yoga Studio. She is also certified to teach Katherine Robert’s program, Yoga for Golfers. Shari brings an athletic spin to her Yoga practice, incorporating core and strength training into a heart inspiring class. Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa and Ashtanga blend together seamlessly as the class unfolds.
