      Pilates Plus has new classes for you to start 2012.  
      Check out line dancing on Thursdays from 5-6 pm.  Line dancing is a fun and entertaining addition to your fitness routine.  

      New group reformer classes now open.  Choose from among these convenient times:
      Tuesdays 6-7 pm
      Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm
      Saturdays 1-2 pm and 2-3 pm

      Zumba and TRX are here!
      Announcing Zumba with Chaie
      Zumba is an aerobic dance fitness exercise that targets the total body, it includes a great core workout as well as cardiovascular for the heart. It is fun and energetic. Zumba fuses Latin music with international rhythm's. Taught in an interval style, appropriate for all skill levels from beginner to advanced.  This class will give you a great workout without a lot of high impact moves.
      Announcing TRX 
      TRX is a great new type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, core and joint stability.  Work your entire body moving from one exercise to another in seconds.  Engage your core with every exercise.  A strong and stable core is important to help prevent injuries, not just in your low back but in your entire body.  TRX allows you to adjust to your own personal fitness level just by walking yourself closer or further away from the anchoring point. That means you do not have to go grab a different set of dumbbells or add more weight to the machine, you just simply adjust your foot placement. Call or email the studio for information.
