      Pilates Reformer/Split-Pedal Chair/Cadillac - Private and Semi-Private Training
      Promotes total mind-body wellness through breathing, coordination and proper muscle use.  It helps build 'core' strength and flexibility through resistance-based equipment and mat work.   Private and semi-private training is available.  Please call the studio at 432-6687 for an appointment.

      Group Reformer
      A great option for people who want the benefits of a reformer workout in an economical and fun way.  An instructor for up to four participants guides reformer exercies. Get a group of friends together and schedule a session or call about joining a regularly schedule group class.  An "intro package" or previous reformer experience is required.

      Pilates Mat
      Exercises are preformed at quick pace without loosing the integrity of the method.  It includes more than 40 resistence exercises, each desgined to stretch and strengthen involved muslces, opening joints, and relieving tention.  A great workout for all levels.

      Yoga
      Taught in the Anusara style, which means "to flow from grace."  This style of yoga flows from one pose to another.  Open to all levels, L1 is geared toward beginner practitioners and L2 is geared to intermediate to advanced levels.

      Jumpboard Interval
      A group reformer class with up to four participants.  Three to five minute intervals of cardio jump board variations are coupled with five minutes of reformer exercises.  Interval training is an efficient way to work out, blending both cardio and strength into one class!  The class is 45 minutes long and ends with a total body stretch. An "intro package" or previous reformer experience in required.

      TRX
      This new suspension training method is a revolutionary method that leverages bodyweight to create a total body workout.

      Foam Roller Class
      The foam roller is a lightweight, foam cylnder about four feet long that is a beneficial way to strengthen your Pilates practice and tone your body. 

      Zumba
      An aerobic dance fitness exercise that targets the total body, it includes a great core workout as well as cardiovascular for the heart. It is fun and energetic. Zumba fuses Latin dance and fitness.  Taught in an interval style, appropriate for all skill levels, from the very beginner to advanced.  Moderately paced and easy to follow, this class will give you a great workout without a lot of high impact moves.
